Quaint and charming hotel surrounded by impressive buildings. Loved the 24-hour reception, bar, and bistro restaurant. Convenient location near shopping areas and the beautiful Sea Garden. a classic, elegant, and stylish experience.
The entrance through the casino and the breakfast in a small room were a unique and enjoyable choice.

Early check-in, late check-out. Very well furnished and extremely spacious room where my belongings are. Location right by the theater, Varna city center, and the main square with easy access to the main street.
Extremely bad staff!

Excellent hotel, from the superb location to the kind reception desk ladies, from the toiletries and pillows to the ac system and storage spaces, from the overall comfort and design to the price/quality ratio.

A very comfortable hotel. Just two months old which is reflected by the room design. Modern furnishings, brand new bathrooms and climate control air con in a good sized room and value for money is excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful - They were excellent. The location is excellent, right on the "strip" - Restaurants and shops are literally at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Varna.

It was very central. Right in the city of Varna. Very easy to find the hotel and easily reachable from the airport and the city. Near all the shops and restaurants right at the doorsteps of the hotel. Very good food too.The breakfast was good and the waiter Mr Zhelyazko was very good and he made sure that I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast. If, I visit Varna, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I really enjoyed my stay even it was for a day.

Our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of a bustling pedestrian area, and just a short walk away from all the attractions. We loved being able to explore the city without worrying about cars. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located above a casino, which added a touch of excitement to our stay.
We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Excellent choice for a visit to Varna. Right in the centre of the shopping and historic part of this attractive city. The design of the hotel and the rooms is modern inside an old historic building. Nice touches throughout. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the piped music in the bathroom and the high quality finishes. Would definitely stay here again.
Parking is a bit difficult to find particularly if you have to lug baggage. Also the breakfast room seems to be a small room used for other purposes.

This place is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a bus station, making it a great starting point to explore the city, with the ancient Roman baths within walking distance too, meeting all our needs perfectly.

Great location in the city center. Friendly staff and generally good service. Good value for money.
Absence of tea-making facilities. Leaking shower door. The window of room 36 (which is a bit too small for a double btw) faces the internal courtyard of a restaurant so if you open the window the noise and smell of their ventilation is really disturbing. It is ridiculous for a hotel with 12 rooms to have only 4 small tables for breakfast – one morning we had to wait for a table! The most important and outrageous: we were charged extra 20 euro while checking out. After a small investigation we were told it was a hotel’s mistake, got the money back and left with a light heart. Nevertheless, the same day we received an e-mail from the hotel manager saying that the initial calculation was actually correct and asking us to transfer the amount to their account. As they claimed the 20-euro charge was for the phone call we made. We did use the phone in the room for receiving the call from our Bulgarian friends, which we explained in the reply. Amazingly, they tried to convince us we actually made the call by sending a print-screen image from their internal software (with a “dialed number” indication) and threatening us with some “future problems”. Luckily, they also sent a document with a list of all phone calls for the period where it was seen that the call was transferred to our room from the reception, which we pointed at. As it turned out, their system was working in a way to charge you for the incoming calls so if you received a call you were most likely charged for it. We received no real apologies though, they just admitted the fact. Really disappointing…
